Crossroads Family Practice is a wonderful clinic with a great staff. Patients appreciate their family doctors, who are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The clinic offers a duty clinic for urgent matters and has a large waiting room with amenities like an air purifier and elevator accessibility. Patients may experience some wait times for appointments, but it's well worth it. The clinic also trains medical students and has a walk-in clinic for quicker service. Overall, patients are thrilled with the service and reception.
We feel very fortunate to be patients at Crossroads Family Practice. Our family doctor has been kind, incredibly knowledgeable, accessible, and approachable. Any Dr we've seen through the duty clinic has been fantastic as well, we've used it many times. As a mother of two young children, knowing crossroads is a call away brings me a lot of peace of mind. The receptionists are lovely and efficient at getting messages to, and responses from, our Dr when appointments aren't necessary, but communication is! The nurses are absolutely phenomenal. It's absolutely worth the 40 minute drive for us to have access to this level of care and compassion from a medical team.
This clinic is wonderful and its staff is great! I appreciate nurse, and Dr. O’Connell our family doctor. Dr. O’Connell has done so much for my father through these past number of years with his failing health.Even though it is hard to get through on the phone, And sometimes you have to wait a bit for an appointment, it’s well worth it. I also appreciate that they have a duty clinic, where, for urgent things you can get help! Dr. O’Connell is the best!
I found my first family doctor in over 16 years here. It was a long wait and Laci Williams is the best of the best. So grateful. Waiting room is fairly large, they run an air purifier, were wearing masks during my most recent visits, it is accessible (via elevator) and there's a drug store right below the clinic.
