One of the gas pumps was not responding and the attendant didn't seem overly worried. Had to reposition my vehicle to a vacant pump in a fairly busy gas station. On a previous visit going through the car wash for an everything wash and at the end the dryer did not come on, I told the attendant (same person) and again not overly worried, he said it worked fine earlier that day.
The station's credibility is almost extinct with myself.

I will NEVER give my service to the Timberlea Ultramar again. The new owners should never be allowed to run a business. They got rid of staff who are personable and competent. Tristen and Sheila were amazing staff. The Ultramar Territory Manager needs to look into the new owners and their management style. Customers cannot even buy a bag of popcorn because Dept of Health wouldn’t give them a license. Shameful!

New ownership, that’s fine. But the new employees you have working there are terrible. Gave me the wrong item, they understand what you’re asking them. Tristen gone? Charles gone? I won’t be returning anytime soon.
