I purchased a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander ES (White Diamond) in October 2021 and had a great experience at Sydney Mitsubishi! Brendon, Mike, Faith and all the parts staff were wonderful to deal with. Everything was personable and at no time did I feel pressure to buy. The whole procedure was thorough and quick. Coming from Antigonish I was driving home with my new vehicle within a couple hours which was great. The team got me exactly what I needed, and I got to take advantage of 3 rebates that were available which saved me 1,500. I was able to order the accessories I was looking for right from the parts department and travelled down in November to pick them up. Brendon followed up within a couple weeks to see how I was getting along with my vehicle. This was my first brand new vehicle and 4WD/AWD and I absolutely love it. I can’t say enough about what a safe and reliable SUV the outlander is. I wanted to be able to get back and forth to work in any weather and this SUV does the job with ease. I can’t praise this vehicle enough. The only complaint I have is the front hood shakes quite a bit when driving, however when I brought it up to the service department my mind was instantly put at ease when they said it was a known issue and a recall was put out of it. The metal is just thin. They booked me an appt to get it fixed right away. I highly recommend the Mitsubishi Outlander and buying from Sydney Mitsubishi!!
