“Unfortunately, I was not able to get my dog groomed here because his anxiety was too high. However, Amber certainly did try. Not once but twice lol She is so sweet and so patient she even took time out of her busy schedule to help me pick out a pair of clippers so I could groom him from home. She even gave me tips on how to use them accurately. Five star rating for customer service for sure! Thank you so much, Amber! Businesses need more people like her!“
