She was more than amazing and answer all my questions she did too much effort to explain for me every single thing I asked about and all this happen with patience with a Smile with a very professional customer Service she really met my expectations and really I would like that everyone work with customers to be like her
The lady's name is Karen at the front she was absolutely a delight TD bank wouldn't cash a 111 dollar cheque because my mom didn't have a personal account but she has a business account with minimal 150k in it or gone through it a year. This is after we deposited 14,000 dollars.... than my mom said she would open a new personal account than they said they couldn't until the following week. TD SHOULD BE ASHAMED! but money mart with the save! Thank you again Karen!
Not sure why my name appears like that. But love the service and friendly staff. Even with 2-4 others ahead in line, service is pretty quick and I’ve never had any troubles with any staff members in my couple visits.
