I was scared going in but that didn't last long. Shelley made me feel comfortable and she was very informed and walked me through it all. Then Mary Ann came in and confirmed it all with me. They was a mistake made when Mary Ann came in and I said no that isn't correct Shelly told me for 9 months not 24. But that was corrected quickly and she apologized .
