Excellent service! I needed some finishing touches on an aftermarket exhaust installation and the boys handled it perfectly. Services are generally walk in only but I only waited a short time before getting in the shop. Rob booked me in and technician Jim performed the work. During the installation, Jim called me in the shop on several occasions to confirm that it was to my liking. That shows me that these folks care about a job well done with total satisfaction. After +5k kms driving around the Maritimes our tailpipe came off, fortunately, just was we were arriving into Sydney from Fort Louisbourg. Worried about the next +3k kms we had to do, we visited Master Muffler at around 3.30pm. SO thankful the guys could fit the car in that day to fix it before they closed at 5.30pm. Great, efficient service. They could have striped us on the cost but we were amazed at a $45 bill. Amazing. Luv the team as we got on with our journey the next day without delay. Highly recommended.
