Who does this except excellent businesses in communication.I'll give this business my $$ every time because they definitely try to look after their customers.

My daughter had a fairly serious exhaust problem on a short visit here from Halifax to the point where I didn't want her to drive home before dealing with it. Jordan manning the desk while Rob is away said "Bring 'er in". 2 hours later it was back on the road and my daughter is on the highway home safe. Inspite of how busy they are they get the big picture. I've been going there for years and they always come up rose's. Thanks from a grateful dad.

Amazing service!!! We had some shoddy exhaust work done in Ontario before our big trip out east, and the welds failed halfway to Nova Scotia. We endured through the horribly loud noise of the exhaust until we rolled into Sydney and couldn't take it anymore. Not only was Master Muffler able to get us in right away but they rolled the van right into the shop and had completed the repair within 20 minutes. Not only that but the bill was extremely fair at under 100 bucks. Very happy we stopped in! Thank you for your help!
