Dawn will on a consistent basis reschedule your appointment, often times it will be her husband that will contact you to say your appointment will need to be moved. Dawn will have her husband contact you often at the last moment to state she is too sick, sorry have to reschedule. On the day of your new appointment nine times out of ten you will be contacted again rarely by Dawn herself always her husband to say you need to reschedule again due to a variety of excuses. Do not book here for a special occasion, etc since more than likely you will be very disappointed as your appointment would be changed. Very poor communication as she rarely contacts you herself about appointment changes
