Working with Mercedes and her team made our journey so easy. They created the most elegant ceremony space for the bride and groom to be married. The reception space again was so elegant. Mercedes took my daughter’s vision and made it more beautiful than we could ever imagine. I can’t recommend Mercedes and her team enough and should we ever have an occasion again where their services would be helpful, we would absolutely use them again. We hired Final Touch Party Rentals to provide chair & decor rentals, setup/takedown and coordination services for our wedding ceremony, which also included our first dances and cake cutting within a gazebo and adjacent cobblestone area. Mercedes made our day run smoothly and completely stress-free. She had everything set up earlier than needed, made sure the right people were in the right place at the right time and played each song of our playlist at the perfect time even though I couldn’t get the playlist off of shuffle mode which meant the songs were out of order! Mercedes quickly cleared out the ceremony items and had the cake area set up inside the gazebo while we danced on the cobblestone and somehow did it so quietly that I’m not sure anyone noticed. She thought of all the little things such as relocating decor from our signing table to our cake table once the signing area was done which is not something I would have ever considered and it made our cake table that much more beautiful. As we were out of sight moments before our first dance I remembered that I wanted my veil out and she did so and even made sure my hair was perfect where the veil had been. A couple of weeks before our big day we had an in person meeting in the showroom with Candace to review all the details. Mercedes had planned to be there but got called away last minute which was totally fine because Candace stepped in seamlessly. She thought of all the questions Mercedes would have had for us and passed on all of the info. She was beyond friendly and wonderful to deal with. From the moment we hired Final Touch until the moment everything was said and done Mercedes was constantly reassuring and professional. She effortlessly adapted to changes in our original plan to a weather plan and then to a different weather plan within days of our ceremony. She responded to any of my emails in a timely manner and sometimes even outside of normal working hours. We felt the price we paid for what we got was beyond reasonable and we absolutely had no regrets about including this in our budget.
This review is long overdue. We had our wedding in October 2020 and we rented most of our wedding decor from Final Touch and hired them to do set up. I cannot recommend them enough. If you are on the fence about about getting a decorator DO IT. I promise you it is worth the extra money. Mercedez and her team were absolutely incredible. They far exceeded my expectations and transformed the hall where our reception and dance was like I have never seen before. It was amazing, truly!
