Wagner’s came and installed our heat pump a week ago today, we were so thrilled with how quickly the process went because of the heat wave. They were excellent to deal with and their technicians were so kind and pleasant to speak with. They installed it quickly and efficiently and left no mess at all! I cannot recommend them highly enough!
From beginning to end Wagner Refrigeration was fantastic to deal with. Laurel is polite and kind and easy to deal with and Ted is very knowledgeable, kind, passionate and takes his work seriously. From the time we said yes from the quote stages to ordering to install, was roughly 3 weeks. Which given the fact it is very hot out right now is extremely incredible. The crew that showed up was very polite, knowledgeable and attentive which represents Ted/Laurel very well. Within 5 mins there was a very noticeable difference in room temperature in our room where this is going to be used. I would rate higher if I could. I will forever going forward proudly be a brand ambassador for Ted, Laurel and crew! Well done
