Pleasant experience making a policy payment with Brokerlink. Easy to get to the right person via phone system and Robin processed my payment in a friendly, professional manner and promptly emailed me our receipt.

Very satisfied with the phone service today . There is a local BrokerLink in Bridgewater but they do not accept babk cards only credit cards or cash .. so I paid throught my bank . I believe I paid twice but I paid again yesterday and will deal with the overpayment later.

Today was the day I dreaded. I already have regular insurance on my car and home. But today I needed to inquire about commercial insurance as I have started a small service based business. and of course, I knew nothing of commercial insurance. When I called the number on my insurance card, I was in touch with a gentleman by the name of Jeff Hogg. Not only a very, very nice man turns out we grew up in the same subdivision as kids. But seriously if you need somebody to hold your hand and walk you through the in and out of commercial insurance, Jeff is your man Hands down. Thanks again, Jeff.
