Pleasant experience making a policy payment with Brokerlink. Easy to get to the right person via phone system and Robin processed my payment in a friendly, professional manner and promptly emailed me our receipt.
Very satisfied with the phone service today . There is a local BrokerLink in Bridgewater but they do not accept babk cards only credit cards or cash .. so I paid throught my bank . I believe I paid twice but I paid again yesterday and will deal with the overpayment later.
Today was the day I dreaded. I already have regular insurance on my car and home. But today I needed to inquire about commercial insurance as I have started a small service based business. and of course, I knew nothing of commercial insurance. When I called the number on my insurance card, I was in touch with a gentleman by the name of Jeff Hogg. Not only a very, very nice man turns out we grew up in the same subdivision as kids.
