The technician told me I could bring my own soldering station and even come by to work on it there with their guidance. When I arrived, they generously provided an old laptop (with only a few parts removed for safety) that I could use for parts to fix mine. On top of that, they gave me a plastic tool to make taking it apart easier—all completely free.

Today we had Josh clean our heat pump. We were unaware how dirty the heat pump was until Josh started to clean it. We are very impressed with the work and the knowledge that he gave us about our heat pump. So impressed we signed up for Pure Air to come automatically every year. Pure Air send updates on timing the day of scheduled cleaning and have very fair prices. We were impressed with how well we were treated.
