Fully furnished rooms, very clean and tidy (and very cool), plus unique props for any style of photo shoot you could imagine (from John's decades of experience). Was also very impressed how John takes the time to get the specialty lighting, various backdrops/sets, the positioning of his subject, and all the little things PERFECT before he even thinks about clicking that camera!
