Amazing people work here, after running into some unexpected problems coming from out of town they were able to check my vehicle in last minute and went above and beyond by checking the warranty and calling the dealership. They even lent me a truck so I could make it to a friend’s wedding ceremony. They will be my go to service shop in the future. Thank you again Ralph Ivey’s!!
Amazing service center. If you're looking for a company that's second to none, this is the one. The workers are extremely competent and knowledgeable in what they do. They aren't just mechanics, these guys are specialists. Highly recommended, especially if you're looking for a team that will not only address your concerns, but walk you through the process so you're involved every step of the way. Five stars.
