Just got off NL ferry, 9lbs tire pressure, needed repair for 7 hr drive. Stopped at 2 tire shops that could not help. Sent to Ralphs, immediate service. Patch and plug, 30 min. In and back on the road. Other tire shops wanted to sell us tires. Ralph wanted to help weary vacationers.
Our car developed a transmission issue while we were traveling from out of town. The shop was already packed but they understood the urgency of our situation and went above and beyond to get our car repaired in a timely manner. We could not be more grateful to Ralph and the team for their professionalism, honesty and quick service during a stressful situation.
Good prices and actually willing to help. I cannot thank Ralph and his crew enough. We were on vacation in Cape Breton with the kids and the Honda truck breaks down in Baddeck. Not one car repair place in the region, never mind Baddeck, wanted to take it on (too busy). I called 6 or 7 places. Ralph said tow it here, we’ll take a look and get you on your way soon as we can. Even provided a courtesy car so we could do some laundry and ferry back and forth from the campground our activities. The work was honest and fairly priced. Ralph even demonstrated to me himself the issue on the truck. Thanks for helping us out in our time of need.
