new employees get tossed aside when others come back with no consideration

Bought a screen protector around lunch time today. It fell off by 6pm (literally fell off when I took the phone away from my ear after the first 5 minute phone call I made after this was put on). Screen protector was barely even sticky, so I'm not sure how it was supposed to stay on to begin with.

Awful service. Just went in with a brand new phone still had plastic on the screen. He used a dirty wipe that left streaks all over the screen before applying the screen protector. I asked before he put it on if he had a clean cloth, he ignored me, put it on then I asked again if he was going to clean it properly and put a new one on. Proceeded to hand me a new clean cloth and another screen protector which he wanted to charge me for the second one. Will not be returning again. Guy who used to work there would do it properly, alcohol wipe and dust sticker the screen so it was perfectly clear.
