Home Depot in New Minas, N.S. is always our go-to-store simply because the Associates are super helpful. We recently went to Home Depot shopping for a Utility Trailer and met with an Associate named Julie, whose last name, I'm sorry, I forgot. Julie welcomed us, made us feel comfortable and escorted us outside to look at the trailers. She was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and spent more than enough time with us. We will return to finalize the purchase and hope to involve Julie. Thank you so muct Julie !!
Everybody working there is so helpful! I would come more often but last few times I went, the drive thru was closed and it's just too hard to buy lumber while carrying a baby without the drive thru

Super friendly/helpful staff, competitive pricing/price matching, excellent returns-policy, and clean, well stocked store space.My only disappointment is that it would be nice to see them offer staff paid ½hr lunch breaks and an employee/company shared pension plan to provide retire benefits to long-term, dedicated employees.
