Just a short note to express our thoughts on our hot tub purchase experience and dealings with Holland Home Leisure. In a word - AWESOME!!! First off, at no time during the process did we feel pressured, uneducated, dismissed, tricked or lied to. Secondly, Craig was polite, patient, very knowledgeable and eager to ensure MY confidence in HHL. Thirdly, phone support was quick (not put on hold forever), polite and succinct. Finally, the install crew of Dan and John were the icing on the cake! What a lovely duo - happy, humorous, pleasant and VERY explanatory. Install of the hot tub upon our pad was expertly conducted, and their tidiness was most appreciated. Having worked with several horror-show contractors since moving to Nova Scotia in 2019, HHL was a blessing - from pre-sale, to sale, through to install, our experience with HHL was borderline magical. You obviously know how to properly run a business - from hiring the right people to the provision of ongoing staff training and a positive working environment. Absolutely seamless process from start to finish. Craig handled everything with class, speed and clarity that made the buying process as simple as possible. The installation by Dan & Trevan was amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and made sure the tub was ready to go - and didn’t leave until they were sure I was comfortable with operation and satisfied with the install. 10/10 company - could not ask for a better company to do business with.
