Amazing customer service! New German Home Hardware went above and beyond this weekend in helping us get replacement locks. On Saturday evening (after hours), I sent a FB message about a problem with the locks. Within an hour Leonard called with a potential solution. Then he checked again on Sunday to see how it went (didn't work as expected.) Most amazing, he met me at the store on a Sunday afternoon to provide us with a solution (on his day off plus the store is closed on Sundays). By 4 pm, our new locks were installed - thanks to NGHH. I have never had customer Service like this - good old-fashioned service! (And I very rarely write reviews.) Thanks!!
