My wife's ears were severely blocked, and had been for some time, despite the efforts of doctors, including specialists, over a period of more than a year. Dr. Russell did a magnificent, careful job of removing the wax, showing the kind of expertise we did not even know existed. She experienced no pain, and her hearing has returned to a wonderful normal. Dr. Russell was thorough, thoughtful, sympathetic and gentle. We also would like to recognize the kindness of the thoughtful, helpful, friendly receptionist. It seems Musquodoboit Harbour has acquired a rare gem.
