I booked an appointment for my daughter and left my phone number and email. Showed up for the appointment and was told by the stylist she was running at least 45 minutes behind. No one bothered to call me to advise of the schedule change . I understand things can happen but a courtesy phone call would've been nice instead of going to the salon and getting told when I arrived. This experience guarantees I won't return.
Stephanie is quick and efficient, had a great first cut with her yesterday and will definitely be back! My needs are simple and I really appreciated that she didn’t keep up a patter of conversation. Really impressed with the salon decor as well; it’s clear that pride is taken in making it comfortable and welcoming.
