The folks at the front counter are great and the professionals doing the work are careful and really want to do the best job possible, including finding a rock chip and repairing it that didn't add to the bill.

I have always felt that they are trustworthy and honest in all their dealings. I also love that they can usually fit me in for an appointment within a few days, or a week at the most.
