very caring, knowledgeable instructors, and always a few laughs!
Love this yoga! I have been attending classes here since it opened. The instructors are awesome. they offer lots of modifications to suit your fitness level. It is the most welcoming, accepting yoga I have found. Highly recommend
Great teachers , very supportive, class is a great mixture of stretch, pushing oneself and spiritual.
