“Excellent and fast and efficient customer service. Most times if another customer is being served, I don't have time to take a seat and wait before someone else is waiting on me.”

“Andrea & Crystal @ the Sackville Branch were delightful to deal with. I filled out an online application over the weekend, and by Monday morning they had contacted me. By end of day Monday, They had set everything up and finalized the transaction.
Both were very professional, and real to deal with. I appreciated their realism approach, all while not making me feel like I was in the wrong for reaching out to them. More than I can say about my local bank, I've been dealing with for 30 + years.
Crystal and Andrea will have my Personal & Professional business, even at a higher interest rate, dealing with them was worth my time. They worked for me, not just another pawn in an understaffed, stuffy bank, who pushes an atm over valued customer service.
Thank you for your time Fairstone!
- Joshua”
