I always find the staff to be helpful, polite and to be on time mostly. Some prices are a bit higher than other places but staff makes it an enjoyable experience in the Sackville location.
Have been a customer for years. Finally getting to the point of needing cataract help. It's been monitored for a few years now and I am midway thru getting it all fixed. Great experience and better than hoped for outcome. Easy to talked to and concerns are fully acknowledged.
Always a pleasure going to this FYI in Lower Sackville. They take care of me way more than any other place I've gone in the past. I had an eye issue that scared me and thankfully Dr. Gaudet was all over it to aleaveate my stress about the issue. I can't thank her and her staff for the care I receive every time I go here.
