The staff at CarStar Sackville were very courteous. They kept me updated on my repairs and my car looked like new. They even cleaned the interior of my car. Great experience all around.
Service was great, repairs carried out made my vehicle look as if nothing happened to it. I was contacted to give the ‘go-ahead’ when parts were ordered and received real time updates on repairs progression. When I asked the friendly agent (forgot the name) where I could seek assistance to address a cosmetic matter with my vehicle, I was referred to a non-affiliated company within range of my home. Again, very impressed with the work done and would recommend CarStar Sackvilke without reservations.
They did great work and were more than accommodating. When my insurance company dragged their feet, carstar went over and above to ensure my truck was fixed anyway, returning it to where it was before I was hit. Thank you to all the staff at Carstar Sackville.
