I’m from out of town and I was driving on the highway and my gas tank strap let go and the gas tank was hanging off my vehicle. I was pretty worried about it. I called accuracy automotive very close to closing time and these guys jumped to it and help me solve my problem, and didn’t charge me for it. Saved me a ton of time a ton of money and a ton of headaches. if you need any automotive help, you guys will take good care of you. Very happy customer.
Well....Accuracy Automotive does it again!!!! We had our Toyota 4RUNNER into the Toyota dealership in Kentville on Friday June 21 for one final check, the alignment. What a nightmare that was. We dropped off the truck the day before for a 2PM appointment and they didn't "get to it" until after 4PM. When we got there to pick it up they said that they couldn't do anything because it was too far out of speck but they said they could set up another appointment with a different tech. Really???? So the tech you had was unqualified????That is a concerning statement. Lesson learned.
