Leslie has helped us find two homes over the time we have been living in Cape Breton - and the Mabou/Port Hood area is not an easy place to find property. She was always available, quick to respond, quick to set up viewings and extremely knowledgeable about the properties and the areas we looked at. She understood values fairly, not inflating or overselling the worth of a place, usually knew the selling history if there was one, and was always straight with us about the details. I have worked with a lot of realtors, both in Nova Scotia and Ontario, and, with two exceptions, they were mediocre to terrible. Leslie is one of the exceptions. She went above and beyond for us - from trekking through the overgrown property with us as we tried to find the property line to being available and prompt when it came to answering emails and returning phone calls. My husband and I found her to be incredibly honest and up front about any issues or concerns. As an added bonus, she is a really nice human being. We would work with her again, 100%.
