Very impressed with this company. They accidently sent me the wrong type of gravel. One quick call later they had another truck on the way with the right stuff and was allowed to keep the previous load. I can guarantee you will not find better customer service.
Cherry on top is the prices are very competitive. Yard to yard they are much cheaper than Home Depot. Would suggest them to anyone looking for a quality service.
I have used Kynock for several years and never had a problem. Yesterday an order was delivered and they had dropped off the wrong stone 2" versus pea stone. The delivery guy was very nice, very apologetic and Immediately went back and got the correct stone. Offered to leave the wrong stones or clean it up our choice. Highly recommend Kynock.
Great to deal with. Staff is always helping above and beyond! When picking up a delivery they noticed a flat tire. They offered many options and helped me get it sorted and back to work. Way above expectations! Very thoughtful and professional.
