I had some bad issues with my eye and Dr.Chute and the staff at the Elmsdale location got me in right away and got an eye exam and meds right away. The infection stopped quickly and would have been much worse causing permanent damage. Thank you so much for being caring and fitting me in a busy day. Great staff!!! can’t say enough positive feedback ! ????
I had an amazing experience at Elmsdale Vision Center! I went in for my eye exam and brought my specialized work glasses in hopes they might be able to repair them rather then sending them away to the States. While I was having my eye exam the team fixed them (free of charge even though I didn't buy them there!). I could tell my exam by Dr. Webber was thorough, and he took the time to explain the results of my assessment when he could have easily rushed to get the next patient in. I had been considering a new eye clinic because I moved away from East Hants, but am convinced they are worth the drive!
I've been going to FYI Doctors in Elmsdale for several years. On my last visit, Alaina was quick and efficient and explained the new machines in the pre-test area so that I would know what to expect. The doctors are wonderful, the staff is knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is welcoming!
