When you lose your water, it's an emergency for you. so AAA deals with dozens of "emergencies" every day. Even though it's routine for them, they always treat it as a top priority with cheerful, prompt and helpful service.
I was having an issue with my furnace Easter Monday, I don’t recall the name of the guy who answered my call but he was great. George showed up to my house within an hour or so. Not only did he fix the problem right away but called me to follow up the next morning. Exceptional customer service.
