We had to bring our Charlie in for an emergency visit and this was not our usual vet. I don’t have the words to express how wonderful and compassionate they were. During the hardest vet visit they made sure we had no questions on whether or not we were making the right choice. We explored everything we could to find answers and they met us with grace the entire time. The professionalism and empathy both Dr. Pothier and the vet tech (I am so sorry I don’t remember his name because he was just as wonderful) exhibited made an awful night that much easier. I was worried going into a visit with a vet I had no previous report with although I can confidently say if you ever bring a pet into this clinic they put their heart into what they do and animals deserve more people like them.“
