I had an excellent experience with this company I highly recommend this business. The level of care and dedication to doing a good job was outstanding. I was not knowledgeable about any of the systems and everything was explained to me in a clear way. They came out to repair a problem in bad weather and also outside of regular hours just to make sure it was done right. The level of customer service from my first panicked call was excellent. I was greeted with kindness and always received a follow up check in.
Our electric forced air furnace suddenly decided to stop producing heat and wouldn’t turn off the blower. Called at 4:30 pm on a Friday, and he was there 30 minutes later. Roger was very professional, friendly, and got right to work. Although he wasn’t able to completely fix it right then, (older furnace, parts not readily available) he was able to diagnose the issue, and give a solution that still let us keep the heat going! Would definitely recommend.
