Right from my first call to Paul Davis, asking for help/support, to navigate my was to getting through a flood in my basement I felt immediately taken care of. Every single person that I spoke to was kind, caring, patient and accomodating. I was only ever treated with respect, empathy and kindness. While PaulDavis is unable to control the high volume of homes being hit by a flood to the province, they have made effort to address the priority issues in each home before moving onto the next step of making repairs to all the home affected by this natural disaster.I am so grateful that a friend recommended that I call them.
Fans and dehumidifiers were set up within a couple hours of the flood water being pumped out. The Paul Davis team was very professional and made a time of extreme stress much less overwhelming. Highly recommend this company
