Called him at the end of the business day, took my call and arrived promptly the next morning. Was kind, knowledgeable, and even helped with something else in the kitchen that was problematic (originally called about piping under a sink). We will exclusively be calling on him & his company from now on, 1000000000000000% recommend!

I texted Adam on a Sunday about a dead hot water tank where my adult children and grandchildren live. He was extremely quick to respond and gave me options! Had another company also that would have came out, same kinda pricing, but not nearly as friendly. They didn’t give the same kind of outstanding and “above and beyond” customer service as I got from Adam! He knew I wanted it sooner then later. Monday( the very next day) he had time which was perfect! He even came earlier than expected, which was amazing knowing that my young grandchildren were without hot water! The first time I called Adam was sept 09/22 when my hot water tank stopped working. Not only did he send crew to fix the issue the very next day he was incredibly reasonable with the total price ( very impressive )So a few days ago the water tank burnt out and I really don’t think this was from Adam’s crews install but a manufacturer defect. Again I texted Adam ( on a Sunday evening) and he assured me someone would be there to replace the unit as it’s under warranty. The very next day I had a new tank working perfectly and no charge.
