Norah did my blowout/style and it turned out great for the night! You don't feel pressured to talk if you don’t want, and the staff is friendly. The only downside was the cost, $65 for the service. I would be a regular for a blowout if it wasn’t so pricey. Otherwise, it’s a great spot for an event.

Based on my experience I can not recommend this salon. I scheduled an appointment for 4pm and received a text at 3pm saying it was moved to 4:30pm. I arrived for the new time but still waited until 4:55pm for the previous client to finish. While the hairdresser did thank me for waiting, there was no apology for the one hour delay. During the appointment the hairdresser had to search the salon for her comb and scissors, which only added to the overall lack of professionalism. I understand delays can happen but the entire experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. Given that you have to pay a deposit to book an appointment I expected better time management and service.

I just got back from my first appointment at vivid with Laura! It was my first timing doing anything with colour in my hair and she was so lovely and understanding. I wanted something super subtle and she definitely delivered, I loved my experience and results!

I went to vivid for 3+ years while attending STFX. The staff is unmatched! Everyone is welcoming, super kind, and caring about your experience. Every time I sat in Audrey's chair I left happier and with nicer hair!
