Writing my long overdue review and experience with dr. Elizabeth Cooper. I was a patient of hers for 8 months following a knee injury, and I’ve never had a less professional experience with somebody in the medical field. After failing to understand how my injury occurred, she insulted me multiple times. Often calling me reckless, stupid, dumb, any derogatory words of the likes. She always had a bitter attitude when I went to see her or had to talk to her on the phone, and clearly had no interest in addressing my injury as she never booked me a surgery in the 8 months with her. Wow just called dr coopers office to get a prescription renewal and talked with most unprofessional secretary she was answering for al 3 doctors there. . Was asking for a renewal appointment said she is away did you call pharmacy I said no that's why I calling here well she's gone so you appointment is mid august I asked what day that is. Response I dont know. Asked do you have calendar response no do you?. Dont know how she has a job talking to people that rudely
