After paying for my overpriced groceries, and purchasing a Starbucks order. As I’m leaving the grocery store with my children, the alarm goes off and my cart is immediately locked. I had to then go searching for a staff person who then asked to see my receipt. I initially couldn’t locate my receipt in my purse. The staff person proceeds to tell me I need to point out what cash I left from so they can track my purchase.
As customers we are already being ROBBED with ridiculous prices. And we can now be searched at any time without reason?
