Great atmosphere! Karen is spectacular at finding the knots and helping you on your road to recovery! She makes an hour fly by in no time with great conversations, which is hard to believe considering she finds knots that make you believe there is a hell and your muscles are from there! ?
Went in for the first time as a runner with IT band issues but had had treatments at another massage place before I moved. Here she listened to what worked for me and had some excellent ideas. Definitely recommend
