Mr. Bob and Annette recommend this mechanic as one of the best and the most honest in Amherst. Today I took my car to fix some issues. They have finished my work very satisfying manner. The fee he charged is very reasonable. The staff is very much friendly and helpful. Nowadays it's very difficult to find an honest mechanic. I recommend this place for anyone

I won't go anywhere else.Service is always fast and efficient. At this point even if somewheres else offers me a better deal, I still will only go to Dons Rad.They have saved me on countless occasions . They are AlWAYS there for me. and they are the only ones who deserve my service.The owner and mechanics are very personable, funny, kind, just plain awesome. A really great bunch of guys work there. They are always in a good mood and it's contagious.Fair prices. Never screw people over. I went to this place initially because Wrench & Rubber shop said that the noise I can hear on my engine is coming from a defective AC compressor which they don't want to fix. They said I go to this shop "Don's Radiator" and they might be able to help me out.Wrench and Rubber charged me an hour's work (even if it took them 2.5hrs to diagnose it), 3 men working on it, with wrong diagnosis, and a problem they don't want to fix.Don's Radiator charged me 2 hours of work, 1 man working on it, with correct diagnosis and fixed the problem. My car sounds brand new again.One of the guys at Don's also gave me a ride home instead of me waiting there.I made this review as honest as...read full review
