Jess is very kind and comfortable to be around. She took the time to consult with me about my hair routine and laid out an excellent plan to cut my hair. I like that she asked questions to get a good understanding of what I wanted. She took off a lot of hair and left me with a cute, fresh little bob. I love it and would recommend her!
Jes cut 13 inches off of my hair this summer. She was thoughtful and thorough both in figuring out what I really wanted (ie: asking about my hair routines and how much time I wanted to spend) and in creating a beautiful cut. After she cut it, she even took the time to teach me how to style it! I went back in for a trim recently and wasn’t expecting much because I was getting so little cut off, but she managed to trim it in such a way that it lays really well with the added growth, even if I don’t take the time to style it! I am picky about my hair, but Jes has been fantastic. I highly recommend Hair Play!
