I had a very good experience at this hospital in the ER, and the staff was caring and thoughtful. They were as accommodating as could be. The nurse I had was wonderful. It’s a very clean hospital and I appreciate the care I received.
Came to ER as a 'wheezer' -trouble breathing. Excellent care, prompt attention , thorough work-up. This is a small rural medical center. The ER job is to stabilize, treat, admit or refer. Nurses, REAL DOCTOR, ER techs, radiology, respiratory, lab (and anyone else I didn't mention) were competent and did their job compassionately. Many of us are not the best patients! Give the staff the credit they deserve.
Had a bad cold with a cough that lasted two weeks finally bad enough to go to the ER. I walked in told the attendant I could not breathe and within 10 minutes I was ushered in and being helped, with oxygen and ekg being done. The nurses were attentive and professional, it was painless and lung xray was done within 30 minutes. Ended up being bronchopneumonia so IV drugs were administered. Dr Stephen’s was informative and explained everything, quite a character, but very helpful. Shout out to Karen and the young lady who did my IV meds. Can’t thank you enough for what you do.
