About Gratitude West Club
Gratitude West Club is a stand-alone building that provides a private and anonymous space for the Early Birds AA group, which meets daily and welcomes members from other cities. The club offers decent coffee, bottled water, and welcoming meetings for both AA and Al-Anon. Seasonal events, such as cookout potlucks and holiday parties, are held throughout the year. Gratitude West Club is a safe place for those seeking fellowship and 12-step programs, and open AA and Al-Anon meetings are available for the curious. If you're looking to stop drinking and learn more about Alcoholics Anonymous, this is a great place to go on the west side of town.
Gratitude West is a stand-alone building where privacy is respected and anonymity is practiced at all times. The Early Birds AA group meets every day of the year and frequently has AA members from other cities attend when they are in town visiting family or for other travel reasons. At the club, the coffee is decent, there's bottled water available in the refrigerator, and the meetings are welcoming, for both AA and Al-anon. Cookout potlucks are held every year for Memorial Day, July 4, and Labor Day, at 1:00 p.m. At Thanksgiving, turkeys are served, and there is often an evening party around Christmas. If you're looking for a safe place of fellowship and AA/Al-anon 12 step programs, please come. If you are curious, you are welcome to attend open AA meetings and Al-Anon groups.
Anyone who is unsure if they want to come to a meeting, the 530p Happy hour meeting is the best meeting in El Paso. Friendly people who are gonna tell you how it is. You put the work in, they'll offer advice.
