I live out of state. I ordered flowers for someone in the area of the shop. The flowers should have been delivered on Monday.Today is Saturday. They were never delivered and no communication from the shop whatsoever. If they couldn't be delivered for some reason I should have been contacted and/or my money returned. Neither happened. In my eyes I was stolen from.More than $80. Im disputing the charge with my credit card company. The reviews for this shop are mixed for a reason,sometimes they do their job sometimes they dont. Not worth the gamble.

I called and ordered flowers 4 days in advance and have a text with the information of delivery and time and they delivered them a week late and $5 more than agreed upon! i will be filing an official complaint.

Love this place! Prompt & friendly customer service. Will always go the extra mile, I called to order a $30 bouquet for a co-worker, and what they put together was very colorful, beautiful & fresh.
