I called and ordered flowers 4 days in advance and have a text with the information of delivery and time and they delivered them a week late and $5 more than agreed upon! i will be filing an official complaint.

Love this place! Prompt & friendly customer service. Will always go the extra mile, I called to order a $30 bouquet for a co-worker, and what they put together was very colorful, beautiful & fresh.

Didn't have in stock, what was advertised on their own website. No attempt to substitute. Only an email stating the order was canceled. I was charged same day as the order was placed, but the refund was not submitted the same day my order was cancelled.
