Terrible communication regarding prescribing Paxlovid for an elderly patient.
November 2021
We are visiting family in Silver City. As I was preparing dinner I lacerated my thumb, when we couldn’t get the bleeding to stop we found Silver Health Care on E. 32 Street. From the moment we entered we were treated with respect and kindness. Everyone we had contact with was very professional and eager to help. I especially want to commend Susan Staples who did a great job of stitching up my thumb. She was supposed to be at a COVID clinic but when she saw how much I was bleeding she prioritized me and quickly patched me up.
Thank you to the staff and especially Susan Staples!
