Urgent Care- Silver Health CARE provides reliable and attentive medical services to patients in need. The staff, including Bob, Deandra, and Kira, are described as helpful, kind, and thorough in their approach. The clinic efficiently manages urgent cases, with reasonable waiting times, comprehensive diagnoses, and well-coordinated follow-up care. Patients express satisfaction with the overall quality of treatment and the professionalism of the medical team, though the phone receptionist during certain hours may be less accommodating.
We are visiting family in Silver City. As I was preparing dinner I lacerated my thumb, when we couldn’t get the bleeding to stop we found Silver Health Care on E. 32 Street. From the moment we entered we were treated with respect and kindness. Everyone we had contact with was very professional and eager to help. I especially want to commend Susan Staples who did a great job of stitching up my thumb. She was supposed to be at a COVID clinic but when she saw how much I was bleeding she prioritized me and quickly patched me up. Thank you to the staff and especially Susan Staples! Patricia St Clair
