J & S was able to diagnose a cracked and plugged pipe under my floor, and their crew opened a hole in the concrete, dug out the dirt to reach the problem, and fixed it, in just over half a day. They were willing to repour the concrete floor but I was able to do that myself. Excellent work, friendly folks, fixed a problem that a previous plumber was unable to. I highly recommend J & S.

Absolutely awesome company!! We had Chris here, and he was so patient with us, listened, was informative, and truly did a great job! He gave us great advice on the work he would do, fixed my kitchen water flow, and took pics of his work to be sure the job would be done to the best of his ability. Recently had them do some work on our home in Silver City. We were not there so all communication was done over the phone. They showed up as promised (so already off to a great start). They completed the job. The invoice came in slightly higher than the estimate, but we feel it was super fair. We knew how long they were at the house, and there was no exaggeration about the time they put in. The repair was completed on time, neatly and was exactly what we needed done. It was unusal to us, no money up front and they just mailed us an invoice. It was good ole' fashioned service and we couldn't be happier. We highly reccomend and plan on using them again.
