Our little girl Mishka was DOA by the time we got to Silver from Mimbres during rush hour and when they were working on US HWY 180. Words could not express the loss and emptiness we felt. Dr. Pierce came out to check her heart and yes, she was gone. Another staff member came out to the car and took an imprint of her paw for us to keep and didn't even charge us for it. Mischka never experienced their total care for her and the empathy expressed for her parents.All you 4 legged parents out there, there is no other place in Silver City you need to look for other than Advanced Veterinary Care to know you have made the right choice!

We had Xrays sent to this clinic from out of State. Doctor Bradberry looked at them and took at least 15 minutes out of his busy day to call us to discuss the Xrays. We are very grateful for him.

The practice is now open to regular veterinary care, with Dr. Pierce, in addition to their surgucal specialty, since April 2023. I had my first visit 7/31 & was completely delighted with the office, receptionist, and Dr. Tiffany Pierce. It was a calm experience as they aren't overbooked. The doctor and took what felt like the right amount of time to evaluate, discuss and resolve the issues. I highly recommend them.
