The veterinarians and staff, including Dr. Brainerd, Amber, and Gary, are praised for their caring and professional approach, going above and beyond to ensure the well-being of pets.
Three week wait for a new patient appointment.
I called looking to establish a new primary vet while in the area for an extended period due to work. Informed they are taking new patients but the earliest available appointment was a week out.
Started to provide my pets information. After listing her breed (Pitbull Mix). I was told by someone else through speaker phone that they did not have any available appointments until May (about three weeks out).
Dr. Brainerd, Pauly and Michelle were amazing! They were able to make time to see us as we were passing through NM on our way to ND from overseas. Our cats were not up to date on vaccines since they were with family and we wouldn't have been able to stay on base at our next duty station unless they had their vaccines. The staff were so wonderful and understanding of the situation and the short timeline! They made room to see us and were so awesome! We are forever grateful!
